The chokecherries we use are locally harvested near our distillery by us and our friends – some even gathered in our own backyard.

CHOKECHERRY COLA

2oz Chokecherry Liqueur
6oz cola
Mix over ice, garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Dirty Shirley

1.5oz Chokecherry Liqueur
.5oz Bordeaux Cherry Juice
Sprite
Pour Chokecherry Liqueur over ice in a rocks glass. Add cherry juice and top with Sprite and garnish
with a cherry.

Cherry Bomb

1.5oz Chokecherry Liqueur
1oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Bordeaux Cherry Juice
2 Dashes of Cherry Bitters
Tonic Water
Add Chokecherry Liqueur, simple syrup, cherry juice, and bitters to a rocks glass with ice. Top with
tonic water and garnish with a cherry.

Dulcy’s Delight

1.5oz Chokecherry Liqueur
Clementine San Pellegrino
Pour Chokecherry Liqueur over ice in a rocks glass, top with clementine and garnish with an orange
slice.

Chokecherry Mule

1.5oz Chokecherry Liqueur
.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
Cock ’N Bull Ginger Beer
Pour Chokecherry Liqueur and lime juice over ice in a copper mug. Top with ginger beer and garnish
with a lime.

Italian Cherry Soda

1oz Chokecherry Liqueur
.5oz Amaretto
Club Soda
Add Chokecherry Liqueur and Amaretto to a tall glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with
whipped cream and a cherry.

Chocolate Covered Cherry

1oz Chokecherry Liqueur
1oz Coffee Cream Liqueur
1oz Bordeaux Cherry Juice
1oz Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
2oz Half & Half
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass or pour into a rocks glass and garnish
with whipped cream and chocolate.
